What does a freelance midwife earn net?

What is the net salary of a freelance midwife? Isn't that enough?
To avoid misunderstandings: The flat rate of €3,000 for a caesarean section or natural birth (approx. €2,000) is not earned by the midwife, but by the hospital. The employed midwife expects to earn around €22,000-30,000 net per year with maximum commitment and shift work, not to mention the nervous overload of family life, like talking about €2,000 a month to live on/pay rent and have fun (?) When it comes to freelance work and the relatively high flat rate you set: 30% of gross earnings are deducted directly as social security contributions. Another deduction is the insurance premiums you have to pay yourself: €12,500 per year for liability insurance alone! Rising further in 2025.
