1. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Order now for a fee" you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within two days.

2. Cancellation policy and cancellation form for consumers

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MORE MIDWIVES, Jona Krochmalnik, Klettwitzer Str. 1 12681 Berlin, email address: info@more-midwives.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Information on returning goods

  • The following modalities mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
  • Please do not send the goods to us freight collect.
  • Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
  • If possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging or the outer packaging, you should use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.

3. Exclusion/expiration of the right of withdrawal

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a right of withdrawal does not exist, among other things, for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, and it expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are possible throughout Europe. Items are only sold in normal household quantities and only to end users.

6. Warranty

If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the transport service provider who delivers the items. Failure to make this complaint will, however, have no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, you have the option of having the statutory claims for subsequent performance, for remedy of the defect/new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including compensation for the damage instead of performance and compensation for your wasted expenses.

7. Shipping costs

Delivery is free for orders over EUR 80.00. If the order value is less than EUR 80.00, shipping costs of EUR 4.90 including VAT will be charged per order in Germany.

8. Payment

Payment can generally be made via PayPal, invoice, credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, UnionPay), ShopPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is no possibility of a cash discount. We reserve the right to only offer you certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example, to protect our credit risk, only those that correspond to the respective creditworthiness.

Payment via PayPal

You pay directly via your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal and will release the order value there. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, the shipment will take place - depending on the delivery time specified for the item. Your PayPal account will be charged with the actual invoice amount after deduction of any discounts etc. immediately after authorization.

9. Prices

Our prices are in Euro and include VAT.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

11. Alternative dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Contract language/storage of the order text

The contract is concluded in German. The order text is not stored by us and can no longer be accessed after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out your order data immediately after submitting the order.
